Mary Winsor - the founder of Winsor Pilates

Mary Winsor is a fitness expert who is the popular Pilates method and make it popular among the common mass. Always eager to learn more about Pilates, Mary began studying Pilates in 1992 with Romana Kryzanowska was formed by Joseph Pilates (founder of Pilates) and returned to his studio in New York after his death. After a year of Pilates study, Mary has been certified in the original Joseph. Even today, Mary continues to study with Romana.

In 1990, Mary opened her first Pilates studio in Los Angeles. There she introduced her signature workout imagination, "dynamic sequencing" which is based on techniques developed by Joseph. Soon, Mary became the most sought after fitness expert, even in Hollywood.

She also came to wellness in many magazines such as Glamour, Redbook, Woman's World, InStyle, Shape, Vogue and others.

In 2003, Mary Pilates led to a new level of recognition for his spot first. A hugely successful series of Winsor Pilates workout infomercials and winners were unprecedented. More than 50 million videos sold in 30 programs that has helped millions of Americans with the perfect body and a carefree mind.
